The following definitions shall apply to these Terms of Service:
1.1 Service: web-hosted cryptocurrency arbitrage information service – “ArbitrageFlow” – a software for real-time monitoring and notifications about profitable arbitrage opportunities in the cryptocurrency markets.
1.2. Service Provider: an organization that provides the Service – legal entity “Ngineera SARL” based in France
1.3. Customer: Refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
3.1. Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency trading involves a high level of risk, and prices can be extremely volatile. The Service provided by the Service Provider is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice. You acknowledge and agree that all trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk.
3.2. Information Provider: The Service Provider solely provides information related to potential arbitrage opportunities. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any decision to buy, sell, deposit, or withdraw assets is your responsibility, and you should consult with a qualified professional if you have any doubts.
3.3. Due Diligence: Customers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence (DYOR) before taking any action based on the information provided by the Service. You should research and evaluate potential opportunities, risks, and market conditions independently.
4.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to promptly notify the Service Provider of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
4.2. Compliance: Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to cryptocurrency trading in their jurisdiction.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.
The Service Provider may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
However, customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their own countries or jurisdictions from which they access and use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to adhere to the legal requirements and regulations relevant to your location.
In the event that any provision of these Terms conflicts with the laws of your country, the relevant legal requirements of your country shall take precedence.
